Job summary

You will drive staffing decisions, supervise performance, and ensure the store is accurately staffed, opened and closed reliably, and aligned with company standards. A high school diploma and retail management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 1 year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, evaluate performance, and counsel employees as needed.
• Set pay rate recommendations and advancement opportunities.
