Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to labor laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel up to termination as needed.
• Make recommendations regarding pay rate and advancement; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Communicate performance expectations and coordinate meetings to promote safety and security.
• Open and close the store as required, maintain staffing levels.
