Qualifications

• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, identify gaps and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation and pricing to meet in-stock targets.
• Lead store opening/closing procedures and maintain cashier accountability and security.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store while delivering superior customer service.
