Job summary

Dollar General in Wanamingo, MN seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee all store operations, staffing, inventory and customer service. You will lead by example, implement company policies, manage budgets and drive sales while ensuring compliance with safety and labor laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and evaluate staff while ensuring legal compliance.
• Strong cash handling, inventory and loss prevention knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and retain qualified employees to keep store properly staffed.
