Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and readiness for business.
• Evaluate operating statements to identify trends and opportunities for improved profitability.
• Order to meet in-stock targets and manage inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain presentation, pricing and signage for merchandise per company standards.
• Ensure cashier accountability, key control and adherence to security procedures.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and a safe, clean store environment.
