Responsabilités

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees according to laws and Company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provides training, conducts performance evaluations, and counsels staff as needed.
• Manages pay decisions and advancement recommendations.
• Communicates expectations and coordinates safety and policy adherence; leads meetings.
• Ensures store opens/closes as scheduled and staffing is adequate.
• Analyzes operating statements for trends and cost-control opportunities.
• Oversees stock planning, ordering, and inventory accuracy; reviews BSR and cycle counts.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage per standards.
• Maintains cash controls, cash handling, and cashier accountability.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership and maintains a clean, safe environment.
