Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address performance issues.
• Make recommendations regarding pay and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; organize meetings and events.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Evaluate operating statements and manage inventory to meet targets.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls.
