Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps with counseling or termination when needed.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events for safety and policy adherence.
• Open and close the store at required frequency.
