Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and address performance gaps.
• Make recommendations on pay rates and advancement.
• Communicate expectations and conduct regular meetings to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Open and close the store as required; maintain staffing for daily operations.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and inventory to identify trends and issues.
• Manage stock replenishment, ordering plans and cycle counts.
• Ensure presentation, pricing and signage are consistent with standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls; protect assets.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and maintain a safe environment.
• Ensure proper equipment, cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Follow SOPs, employee handbook, and company communications in all tasks.
