Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate inventory and staffing, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will supervise shift teams, manage cost controls, and implement the brand standards across all store activities.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. A $5,000 signing bonus is available after one year with DQ experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage restaurant operation during scheduled shifts, aiming for quality, service and atmosphere; handle inventory control, product ordering and cash control.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, food safety and restaurant safety practices.
• Incorporate PRIDE routines into daily operations and schedule setup for success.
• Assist GM with business plan execution and analyze COGS, inventory, and labor; adjust staffing and cash controls.
• Help GM increase average meal checks and Fan visit frequency.
• Maintain Fan service standards and address customer concerns; resolve complaints to encourage repeat visits.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance feedback for staff; ensure compliance with policies and schedule optimization.
• Promote food safety, sanitation standards, and emergency preparedness; ensure a safe facility.
