Rent A Center in Colorado is hiring a Store Manager responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations and leading a team. You will set goals, approve rental agreements, monitor performance, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role includes handling store resources, scheduling, training coworkers, and developing talent, with a focus on profitability, asset protection, and compliant operations. Minimum 3–5 years of retail/management experience and completion of RAC's Store Manager

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or store management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Proficiency with store operation applications/computer literacy.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driving company vehicles required.

Responsibilities

• Provide underserved customers access to high-quality goods and improve their lives.
• Lead store sales: set goals, supervise coworkers, approve rentals, monitor revenue and growth.
• Oversee collections and account management for coworkers; ensure procedures are followed.
• Manage store resources: inventory, pricing, cash handling, security; resolve problems quickly.
