Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee and direct coworker sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account management: oversee collections, follow up on delinquencies, approve commitments, train staff on collection procedures.
• Leadership: drive store profitability, manage resources, ensure policy compliance, control inventory, pricing, cash handling and security.
• Coworker management: train and develop staff, schedule activities, recruit/hire, improve retention and deliver exceptional service.
