Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager to drive daily sales, oversee account management and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service. You will set goals, approve rental agreements, monitor performance, and manage store resources and inventory with a focus on profit and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of retail management experience, complete RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee sales activities and approve rental agreements.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow up on delinquent accounts, train staff on procedures.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, control expenses and inventory."
• Coworker Management: train and schedule staff, recruit, retain, and coach for exceptional customer service.
