Job summary

Rent A Center in Miami seeks a Store Manager to lead daily sales, oversee accounts, approve rental agreements, and drive revenue growth.

You will manage a team, provide leadership and training, ensure policy compliance, control inventory and cash handling, and deliver great customer service.

This role requires 3–5 years of retail/management experience and completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities; oversee coworkers' sales activities; approve rental agreements.; monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collection activities; follow-up on accounts requiring managerial intervention; train staff on procedures.
• Leadership: Manage profits, policies, assets, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and store security; resolve problems quickly.
• Coworker Management: Train and develop staff; schedule, recruit, hire; maximize retention and service quality.
