Joe & the Juice is a healthy fast-casual concept focused on culture and guest experience. As Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, lead your team, ensure top-quality service, and meet sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

You will drive engagement, optimize shift planning, and manage inventory, with opportunities to grow across locations through our Moneyball career path and leadership training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, drive performance and engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
• Recruitment interviewing, hiring, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members.
• Develop and motivate team members through structured development plans and regular feedback.
• Drive guest loyalty and satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
• Drive sales growth and store EBITDA through operational excellence and compliance.
