Joe & the Juice is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily operations, stepping in when the Store Manager is absent to ensure top guest experiences and smooth workflows.

You will develop team members, uphold brand standards, and push for sales growth while maintaining compliance and stock control. This role offers a fast-paced, people-centered culture with clear opportunities for career progression across locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience with team supervision, daily operations, and opening/closing procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team culture
• Ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and long-term manager-in-career mindset

Responsabilités

• Lead the store in alignment with company principles and provide guidance to maintain a positive, high-performing culture
• Coach and train team members to sustain engagement and high performance
• Foster guest-first mindset and build strong guest relationships with the local community
• Maintain safe, hygienic operations and ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations
• Assist in stock handling and inventory to optimize costs and stock levels
• Support initiatives to drive sales growth and hit KPIs and profitability
