Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a purpose-driven Store Manager in Gulfport, MS to lead daily store operations, inspire a motivated team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will balance corporate priorities with local execution, drive brand standards, and develop staff through coaching and training.

As the ambassador of our mission to inspire a healthy, active lifestyle, you will oversee inventory, scheduling, and KPI monitoring, while ensuring safety and compliance across all operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective communication with guests, team members, and the community.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems; OSHA/EEOC knowledge; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill the brand mission.
• Utilize store tools (P&L, Daily Business Review, cash logs, scheduling/inventory) to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory and shipments.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust store operations to improve performance.
• Manage cash activities and ensure daily deposits are handled properly.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times and staff compliance is maintained.
