Smoothie King is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead the team and deliver a great guest experience while upholding our mission to inspire healthy living. You will oversee store operations, manage cash, ensure food safety, and collaborate with Operations, Training, HR, and Marketing to implement local marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication with customers, team, and community.
• Experience with POS systems and basic software.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and local laws.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional guest experience and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory/shipping.
• Oversee cash activities and daily deposits; ensure accuracy.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, HR, and Marketing to execute plans.
• Develop local store marketing initiatives and community outreach.
