Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to relocate or manage multiple stores; travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including ASM, shift leads and associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in every aspect of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising and sales.
• Drive membership engagement to boost loyalty and sales.
• Oversee labor, inventory and store operations for profitability.
• Recruit, train and retain top talent; conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain cash handling, SOP adherence and safe store environment.
• Coordinate with Area Manager and HR on employee performance.
