Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to relocate or travel between stores as needed. A high school diploma is required; higher degrees are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct store team including assistants and shift leads.
• Uphold MINISO mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and merchandising standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective operations and staffing.
• Promote and manage the store's membership program to build loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; evaluate performance and growth.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and cash-handling procedures.
• Collaborate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee issues.
