Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including ASMs, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote MINISO mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising, procedures and sales performance.
• Drive membership program adoption to boost customer loyalty and sales.
• Oversee store operations and performance, developing staff and store teams.
• Meet sales goals through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; create career paths.
