You will oversee recruiting, training, and coaching, ensuring SOPs are followed and the store remains visually compelling and profitable. Flexibility for travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team and report to the Area/District Manager.
• Drive sales performance, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Promote and grow the store membership program to foster loyalty.
• Oversee labor, inventory, merchandising, and store standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure cash handling, SOP adherence, and safe, clean store environment.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and performance issues.
• Plan and execute strategies to increase store traffic and profitability.
