Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or considered with equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8-12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture through team development and coaching.
• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from drive-up to drive-out.
