Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead a fast-paced team and drive customer satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, coach 8-12 employees, and cover GM duties when absent, with a base salary of $40,000–$44,000 plus potential bonuses up to $12,500.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8-12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Car wash experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from drive-up to drive-out.
• Educate customers on wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions to support satisfaction and sales.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching team members and optimizing customer interactions.
• Assist the GM in payroll tasks, including reviewing and approving hours for all employees.
