WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and uphold service standards across shifts when the GM is offsite.

You will mentor 8–12 staff, drive customer satisfaction, manage scheduling, payroll reviews, and safety compliance while delivering a 5-star experience and growing membership revenue.

This role offers a base salary of 47,500–55,000 plus a bonus potential, with benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; education/experience considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced environments; car wash experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to meet goals.
• Provide a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and staff.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and site standards; assist GM when needed.
• Drive revenue growth through coaching and promotions, including memberships.
• Assist GM with payroll tasks and reviewing hours for employees.
