Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a team, and drive service excellence. You will oversee daily shifts, ensure safety, and partner with leadership to promote a high-performance culture.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, staff development, and revenue growth, with 45–50 hour weeks and a base salary of $47,500–$55,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
• 1–3 years of assistant management or key holder experience in fast-paced environments; car wash experience not required.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and culture; support the GM during their absence.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and customer-focused experience from drive-up to drive-out.
• Coach team members, drive revenue through memberships and upsell, and monitor KPI metrics.
