WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead a fast-paced retail car wash team and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will guide shift operations, coach 8-12 staff, and step in for the GM when needed.

Base salary ranges from $47,500 to $55,000 with a bonus potential, and the role emphasizes safety, service standards, and opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and sales focus with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and POS systems.

Responsibilities
