Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Texas Fairfield seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure a 5-star customer experience. You will cover GM duties when needed and drive revenue through strong people leadership.

A high school diploma is required; 1–3 years of supervisory experience is preferred. The base salary is $47,500–$55,000 plus bonus potential, with benefits including health, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead team development, coaching, and culture building to achieve goals.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and staff.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and task completion to meet standards.
• Drive revenue growth through coaching and improved customer interactions.
• Assist GM with payroll duties and hours approval when needed.
• Availability to work 45–50 hours per week with flexibility.
