Job summary

Smoothie King seeks a Store Manager in Tampa, FL to lead daily operations with care and integrity. You’ll coach a diverse team, manage guest experiences, and drive sales by leveraging POS and scheduling tools to optimize staffing and inventory.

You'll oversee KPI tracking, local marketing efforts, and ensure the team delivers exceptional service while upholding Smoothie King's values and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing or supervising a team in a restaurant, retail, or similar guest-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort learning and using POS, scheduling, and inventory management software.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility to work a variety of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the culture — set clear expectations and hold everyone accountable.
• Lead by example on the floor and coach in the moment.
• Own the guest experience — resolve concerns quickly and ensure guests feel cared for.
• Manage store profitability — track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
