Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a shift lead or supervisor in a restaurant or customer-focused retail environment.
• Open availability with willingness to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work the hours required to effectively run and support store operations.
• Comfort using POS systems, basic computer programs, Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can talk smoothies, standards, and success with anyone.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community.
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to keep the store running smoothly and lead the team.
• Help hire, train, coach, and motivate an all-star team that delivers WOW-level guest experiences.
• Support day-to-day store operations using scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with the GM to blend operational excellence with high-energy leadership.
• Roll out local marketing initiatives, community events, and promotions for guests.
• Ensure every smoothie meets brand standards—fresh, fast, and flavorful.
• Monitor KPIs, store performance, and guest feedback to spot opportunities.
