Job summary

Minis is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver a world-class shopping experience in Little Rock. You will drive store performance, manage labor, optimize inventory, and promote the membership program while upholding company standards and values.

You will recruit and mentor staff, maintain merchandising excellence, and coordinate with leadership to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction across all operations. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and customer management skills.
• Ability to relocate or manage multiple stores and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team including Assistant Store Manager and sales staff.
• Uphold the mission and core values of Minis in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution, exceptional service, merchandising, and sales performance.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
• Oversee operations and performance to develop store employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent and create career development paths.
• Maintain store standards and manage profitability through sales strategies and expenses.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Drive store growth through strategic planning and store presentation.
