Caleres, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and deliver the best shoe store experience for the whole family.

This role acts as the store leader when the Store Manager is away, driving sales targets and growth while maintaining store standards and product presentation. You’ll inspire associates, hire and train staff, and ensure operational excellence across pricing, shipping, and inventory.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, retail preferred.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and training people.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with store associates.
• Ability to train and develop associates for selling and operations.
• Uses independent judgment with Store Sales Manager guidance.
• Strong problem-solving, decision making, and basic computer skills.
