Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer and generate reports, manage inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and English communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and oversee hiring, training and scheduling.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers; resolve customer complaints; maintain store image.
• Train employees on safety, cash handling and performance checks; provide feedback via Workday.
• Communicate with staff through regular meetings and clear, timely updates.
