Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience supervising and training employees in a retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees, recruit, hire and train staff per company standards.
• Develop positive store relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance feedback and conduct regular appraisals in Workday.
• Communicate effectively with team and Market Manager; ensure timely reporting.
• Organize and maintain store files, stock levels, pricing and in-store displays.
• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize sales and profits; manage cash and inventory.
