Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train using CSR/LSR/SA frameworks.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash handling, and employment-related forms.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation; open availability; English communications.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees and may include Assistant Managers, Lead Representatives, and CSR staff.
• Recruits, hires and trains employees; ensures excellent customer service.
• Maintains store standards: clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept; manages scheduling per business needs.
• Develops professional relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Prepares performance appraisals in Workday and guides staff through training and safety procedures.
• Ensures timely communication with all store staff and District Manager.
• Organizes and maintains store files; ensures merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
