Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Leadership Associate to supervise 2+ full-time staff, hire and train employees, and manage daily store operations. You will ensure excellent customer service, organize tasks, and maintain store standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in retail, and a valid driver’s license. Strong English communication and availability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff using store equipment and procedures.
• Proficient computer skills for reports, inventory and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Open availability and strong English communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of 2+ full-time employees including CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Hire, train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan and assign tasks to keep store clean, stocked and well-presented.
• Schedule staff to meet business needs and maintain store image.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
