Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees including Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s) and Customer Service Representative(s).
• Recruits, hires and trains positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develops, manages and assigns tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and well‑kept per Company standards.
• Maintains a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedules employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Promotes safety, conducts training and ensures safety awareness across all staff.
• Develops positive relationships with suppliers and handles customer complaints promptly.
