Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and processes listed in job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions including reporting and cash handling.
• Ability to use a computer to complete and analyze reports, inventory control and employment forms.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to work with open availability.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Physical ability to perform required duties.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees.
• Recruits, hires and trains employees.
• Maintains store appearance, stocking, organization and cleanliness.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service.
