• Maintains professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedules employees within guidelines to optimize customer service and store image.
• Defines and applies non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and counseling.
• Builds positive relationships with suppliers and promotes service excellence.
• Addresses customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensures regular onsite attendance and a safe store environment.
• Facilitates training on safety procedures and cash handling.
