Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Report to Area/District Manager and lead a dynamic team including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and values in every aspect of your role.
• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising, procedures, and sales performance.
• Drive membership engagement and sign-ups to foster loyalty and boost sales.
• Oversee all store operations and development of store employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and giving feedback to the team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; create career development paths.
• Uphold store standards and drive profitability through sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash handling; ensure SOPs; maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and customers.
• Serve as liaison with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Handle tasks like using computers/printers and managing schedules and store organization.
• Maintain inviting store atmosphere, top condition displays, and brand guideline alignment.
• Contribute to business growth through planning to increase traffic and sales.
• Address and resolve issues from staff and customers promptly.
