Job summary

You will report to the Area/District Manager, uphold Miniso values, and ensure excellent customer service, inventory control, and profitability. A flexible schedule and travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years retail management with proven leadership of teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple stores as needed.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, including associates and shift leads.
• Ensure adherence to Miniso mission, values, and store standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance.
• Promote and manage the store’s membership program to build loyalty.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Resolve issues promptly with staff and customers.
