Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Willingness to travel between locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values.
• Ensure exceptional store execution: customer service, merchandising, procedures, and sales performance.
• Drive membership program engagement to build loyalty and boost sales.
• Oversee store operations and performance; develop store employees.
• Meet sales goals through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; manage performance and growth.
• Maintain store standards and profitability through effective sales strategies and expense control.
• Manage cash handling and uphold SOPs; keep environment clean and safe.
