Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant retail team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, oversee inventory, and promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring high standards of service, merchandising, and profitability while sustaining a positive store environment and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to Area/District Manager and lead a dynamic team.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution, customer service, merchandising, operations and sales.
• Drive membership engagement to boost loyalty and sign-ups.
• Oversee labor, inventory, profitability and expense management.
• Recruit, train and retain talent; conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain store standards and safe, clean environment for staff and customers.
• Drive store growth through strategic planning to increase traffic and sales.
