You will drive sales performance, promote the membership program to foster loyalty, and coach staff to meet and exceed targets while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and customer management skills.
• Willingness to relocate/manage multiple stores and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and report to Area Manager.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store membership program.
• Oversee all store operations including scheduling and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff across shifts.
