Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive store performance. You will coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates while upholding merchandising and operational standards.

You will promote our membership program, assist with staffing and training, manage inventory and losses, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Ability to travel between locations is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values.
• Support Store Manager in operations, service, and merchandising.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and loyalty programs.
• Mentor trainee associates and achieve sales targets.
• Assist inventory management, shipments, damages, returns.
• Support recruitment, training, staffing and retention.
• Manage staff scheduling, policies, and compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Work with Loss Prevention on shrink reduction.
• Deliver constructive feedback to foster growth.
• Cash-handling and adherence to SOPs.
