Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop store associates; build bench strength and succession plans.
• Direct daily store operations, merchandising, and omni-channel activities.
• Recruit, hire and orient new associates; manage schedules and performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and loss prevention.
