You will attract, develop and lead talent, drive sales and store profitability, and oversee merchandising, promotions, loyalty programs and a positive work environment consistent with the Express brand purpose: We Create Confidence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years store management experience with annual sales responsibility of $3 million plus
• Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability
• Proven ability to recruit, interview, train, develop and promote associates
• Ability to travel periodically, as needed for meetings
• Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds
