A valid driver’s license and food safety certification are required, with a strong emphasis on service, safety, and cost control. Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness are essential.
• Leadership by example across all store operations and frontline service.
• Valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for banking deposits.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage and be available for any shift.
• Perform all duties of store employees including register operation, stocking and upselling.
• Recruit, hire and train new team members, focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries and merchandising.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
