Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: minimum of one year in retail management.
• Solid knowledge of business and excellent command of English for effective communication.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations.
• Ability to think strategically, plan and organize effectively.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment.
• Analytical ability to gather data for reports and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total quality and performance of store staff.
• Analyze business trends to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, train, and develop store personnel; conduct performance evaluations.
• Recruit, select, train, and develop team; manage district staffing needs.
• Manage expenses and inventory; monitor shrink to meet plan.
• Maintain operational compliance, safety, and standards.
• Identify market opportunities and communicate to District Manager.
• Uphold customer service standards and provide a friendly environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
