The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to travel between district stores as needed; compensation includes a competitive hourly rate and bonus opportunities based on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
